Provided dietitian services in major Canadian hospitals and nursing homes; after returning to Hong Kong, worked as a community dietitian in international and local non-profit organizations, dedicated to promoting healthy living and illness. The essence of disease prevention is to plan and host nutrition lectures, workshops and healthy cooking classes for different types of schools, education colleges, voluntary agencies and large enterprises.
